Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
SATTVA GLOBAL LLC wants you to shop with confidence. Most new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return (RMA required)
To request a return authorization, please email info@sattvagloballlc.com
 with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive RMA instructions by email. Returns sent without an approved RMA may not be processed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if available.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error, we will provide instructions for a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
